Recommerce is committed to fight against pollution, natural resources saving, the safety of its sites and recycling through a policy of its environmental impact control and limitation. In order to manage its environmental performance, Recommerce Group has deployed an Environmental Management System, based on the requirements of the ISO 14001:2015 standard. This system has been certified since 2014 and is audited annually by the certification DNV GL.
Recommerce deploys its activity by placing customer satisfaction at the heart of its projects. Applying the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, Recommerce Group has succeeded in standardizing their working methods, reinforcing the control of their external service providers, and optimizing the monitoring of customer expectations and measuring their level of satisfaction. This Quality Management System has been certified ISO 9001:2015, in May 2019. The renewal of the certifications was carried out in 2020 for France and Switzerland.
These certifications constitute important recognition for the actions carried out, within the framework of a continuous improvement, in order to propose a product and a service, in conformity with the customers’ expectations and to control the environmental impact of the activity.
